If you are currently enrolled in another major on the Columbia campus, you must apply to change your major to the Arnold School of Public Health.
If you need assistance with academic plans, you should meet with an Exploratory Advisor in the University Advising Center located in Close-Hipp. Suite 381.
INTERNAL TRANSFER APPLICATION PROCESS
Students must attend a New Major Information Session prior to applying to the Arnold School of Public Health. New Major Information Sessions are offered throughout the Spring 2023 semester.
Sessions are held virtually via Blackboard.

The ASPH admissions policy is based on the following guidelines:
- Students must have a minimum UofSC cumulative GPA of 2.75 and a minimum of 12 earned UofSC Columbia credit hours.
- Students must attend an ASPH New Major Information Session
- Students must submit a Change of Major Application by March 1, 2023. Applications are provided after each session and will not be accepted after the deadline.
