Reasons for a Restorative Justice Conference

Intrapersonal conflicts usually result in a referral to a restorative justice conference:

• Roommate conflicts
• Minor damage to property
• Social media incivility

You may be referred to a restorative justice conference before or after your administrative conference or hearing.

 

What to Expect

You must accept responsibility for your actions and the charges in order to be considered for this process.

All parties will come together at location of the their choosing to discuss the incident. At the end of the conference all parties involved will have agreed on the outcomes and will sign an agreement form.
